John B. Kaiser

 

John Kaiser is the Managing Partner of CBKC. He has substantial experience providing civil litigation defense to Fortune 500 clients as well as local, small businesses requiring superior representation with experienced counsel. He also represents individuals throughout the State including those referred from national Christian organizations with personal, family and important legal needs.

In addition to his civil litigation experience, Mr. Kaiser acts as outside General Counsel for small to mid-size technology and Internet-based companies. Having co-founded an internet startup company which was sold to a now global advertising agency, he has deep-rooted experience in forming, growing, managing and selling companies large and small.

A former employee of the Civil Rights Division of the United States Department of Justice, he has substantial experience representing both businesses and individuals in employment, discrimination and civil rights matters. Mr. Kaiser has developed a national word-of-mouth reputation for negotiating and executing complex employment agreements as well as separation agreements with both Global and Local companies, their executives and employers.

Despite his considerable experience in the business world and defending companies in and out of court, Mr. Kaiser has mastered the critical skill of helping individuals and families with their personal legal needs. He counts friends, family, members of his church, and all of their referrals over the years, as clients in need of substantial and serious legal representation for their personal, private and individual concerns.

Mr. Kaiser graduated from New York University in 1987, as a University Honors Scholar, with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from The American University- Washington College of Law in 1991. He is licensed to practice in all Connecticut Courts – both State and Federal and has represented clients upon Special Admission in New York and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. He is also licensed to practice and has appeared in myriad cases in the state and federal courts in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
