Douglas L. Soutar is Of Counsel to Coles, Baldwin & Kaiser. Mr. Soutar engages in the General Practice of Law, with a special focus on Civil Litigation, Matrimonial Litigation, Criminal Defense, Real Estate Transactions, Estate Planning, Elder Law, Probate, and Business Law. He is also skilled in Insurance Law and Utility Law at the general counsel level.

Mr. Soutar has served on the Fairfield Land Acquisition Commission and is currently an Alternate Member of the Town Plan and Zoning Commission.

A graduate of Stanford University and the University of Wisconsin Law School, Mr. Soutar is a member of the Connecticut Bar, the New York Bar, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the United States Tax Court. .
