Marisa F. Schafer
Marisa F. Schafer is an associate with Coles, Baldwin & Kaiser. Her practice within the firm focuses on workers'
compensation matters, general civil litigation, and domestic relations disputes. Additionally, Ms. Schafer serves as
a pro bono attorney for Lawyers for Children America, representing abused and neglected children in juvenile court
proceedings.
Ms. Schafer graduated cum laude from Quinnipiac University School of Law, where she earned her law degree.
She was a member and associate editor of the Quinnipiac Law Review and received several esteemed academic
achievement awards. Ms. Schafer also served as Magister to Phi Delta Phi's Burns Inn, and as a Judge on the
law school's Judicial Board.
Ms. Schafer is licensed to practice law in both the States of New York and Connecticut. She is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut and is a member of the Connecticut, New Haven County, Greater Bridgeport, and American Bar Associations.
