Catherine L. Creager
Ms. Creager joined the firm as an associate in 2003. She focuses her practice on employment
law and commercial litigation, and also handles personal injury and insurance defense matters.
She has litigated cases in Connecticut federal and state courts and administrative agencies.
She has handled matters arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended;
the Americans With Disabilities Act; ERISA; and the Connecticut Fair Employment Practices Act.
Ms. Creager graduated with honors from Quinnipiac University School of Law and served a one-year
appointment as legal research clerk for Connecticut Superior Court judges. She is a member of the
Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association, the Bridgeport Bar Association and the Connecticut Employment
Lawyers Association. Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Creager had a career as a management consultant.
